Take your usual size and if you are between 2 sizes, take the smaller one.

I wear a size S (36) and measure 1m68 (everything is said!)

Size XS corresponds to a 34/36

Size S corresponds to a 36/38.

Size M corresponds to a 40

Size L corresponds to a 42
